[OC] F-16 Viper Demo Team - Thunder Over Louisville Practice 2026
It's due to the limitations of most current CMOS sensor unless you get one with a global shutter. This is from a Panasonic S1ii with a rolling shutter so it reads the sensor line by line. I stabilized the video in post with Davinci Resolve (the editing program). This stabilized the overall plane, bu

LUMIX Digital Shotgun Microphone DMW-DMS1
Nice. Thanks for posting this. As always, there is 0 information on the German Panasonic website. Compatible with S1RII, S1II and S1IIE as of February 2026. I hope they will add the older models as well - via a firmware update. That would be nice. Edit: YouTube reviews are out. I watched these two.

"Lumix AF Isn't Good Enough for Sports/Action/Wildlife!" An Experiment. || Lumix S1RII + Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8
Great video article and real pictures that back up your statement. I'd say this article is more valid than most affiliate so called gear reviewers out there who didn't even shoot any real events, maybe at best a couple hundred shots in the local park. To answer your question, I am not sure why that

Thoughts on Lumix S5iix for video vs what I currently use (Nikon Z8)
Hey there! Full time business photographer videographer here. Looks like you’re hitting the limit of using a hybrid photo camera for long form video. The Nikon Z8 is an incredible camera, but some would say it isn’t built for hour plus continuous recording, especially in a theater environment. Readi

Struggling to love Lumix photos after Fuji — anyone else?
I didn't use Fuji before but also just didn't like the colors out of my new S5II at all, even when editing my raws, compared to my old Canon. Then I found this guy: https://www.reddit.com/r/Lumix/comments/1p1rm30/i_mathematically_hacked_panasonic_vlog_to/ and now I pretty much shoot exclusively jpgs wit

Real official Panasonic LUMIX interview at CP+ 2026 by CineD. No successor to the S1H on the horizon. Panasonic says: "Panasonic have finally developed their best high-end model for photo and video: the S1 II. After six years, we have finally reached our goal."
Panasonic says: "Panasonic have finally developed their best high-end model for photo and video: the S1 II. After six years, we have finally reached our goal." I don't think this response has any bearing to the potential S1Hii. In fact, S1H isn't mentioned in that PhotoTrend interview at all. They a

FX30 or FX3 or something else?
An S1ii costs less than an FX3 and outperforms it. If I didn't have Sony glass I'd take that over an FX3 or FX30 any day (I'm still shooting Sony with over 1k paid gigs done on an a7siii/FX3 so not a Panasonic shill, just being objective)

S1Mii body drop to $2356 during the june Promotional Campaign-but still to expensive compare to its competitors
Genuinely confused as to how you could get this so wrong. The S1II and the A7V are the same price currently in the US ($2899), The R6 III is $100 cheaper, Nikon Z8 starts at $3100 used on MPB, and the A1 starts at $3400 used. At $2356, the S1ii a DEAL. Let's break this down: - Photography: all the b

Review of S1ii in a cinema environment
For a large scale professional shoot I feel that a dedicated cinema camera is definitely needed as compared to a s1ii, even the fx3 would struggle with alot of these. Hope panasonic is considering a BSIIH someday.

Sony FX5 or Lumix S1ii for videography business? Convince me to buy S1ii.
The S1II has incredible autofocus—a huge improvement over Panasonic’s previous models. I use the S Pro 24-70 and never experienced any issues. It also includes many of the features people had been asking Sony to add for years, like open gate. IBIS is still the best on the market. On top of that, Pan
