I love my 22L Osprey Mira for long day hikes. Perfect size for what I bring. Good features and carries weight well. I also have a 12L Osprey Silva that works well in shorter hikes where I'm not carrying as much. So for the distances you are looking to cover, something in the 20s should be fine.

It’s def personal preference but I think your sea to summit bag will be just fine for summit days. I similarly did those summits with the osprey ultralight 20L. Put my bladder in it and just had the zipper slightly open for the hose to come out. Had no issues and no discomfort. I did a different 4 d

this is exactly what i need! My Osprey 34L Mira is my first real nice bag (despite being fair condition used) and works well for so much stuff, hearing that you like the 24L as an alternative is perfect. I will check out Gregory as I don’t know much about the brand off the top of my head

I’ll check out the ~2l options at EB and LLB next time i’m in the city, i’m not in a rush to make a purchase but that might change lol. Thanks for the sizing tip, i’ve been struggling with all the options in the 15-22 range. If you wanted any input on a legit backpacking bag, i love my 34l Osprey Mi
