What works best for me is a regular hiking pack with camera bag inserts. Hiking packs tend to be lighter and more comfortable than dedicated camera backpacks. Personally, I mostly use an Osprey Talon 44 or Exos 58 with BYOB inserts.

I love my Osprey Exos 58. Got it on nice discount, for 150€. It combines lightweight and frame for comfort, enough pockets to separate some stuff and places to hang things outside of backpack and it can be very well adjusted as you can change size for your back and set height of your chest straps.

Most of your stuff should work, although I have seen reports that X-Mid 1 can run a bit tight (hard to tell because they do not show a diagram with measurements of actual sleeping area in a way that you can tell where the pad fits in).
