Hello deciding
I would personally splurge for the MK4S, the speed and quality is unmatched, and the MK4S is still phenomenal. Also, you have the option to upgrade it to a Core one later down the line. Rather than a mini for $700, you can get the MK4S kit with free shipping for $800 https://www.printedsolid.com/pro

MK4 → Core One INDX: is the conversion kit an efficient option?
The upgrade price was much lower when it was originally released, and at that level it made way more sense to upgrade. Now it is smarter to just keep the MK4S and add a Core One if you have the space. Prusa did always say the launch price was “introductory” to be fair.

MK4S—>Core One Upgrade…Amateur Edition
If you updated from a MK4 or MK4S, you will need a lot of additional parts, so I would recommend to do this only if you consider this project to be worth your money (also consider the opportunity cost concerning other spendings of your money). On the other hand, if the MK4S was originally some older

What printer?
You summarize why I went with a Bambu printer and not a Prusa. I need a bigger printer. If Prusa had released their L sooner instead of the Core one, maybe I would have took that route. But then, with what Bambu is offering, and even Qidi, I don't feel like Prusa is there anymore. For absolute fabs,

Core One vs MK4s w/ MMU & Enclosure
Just upgraded from the Mk4s to the core one. If you can wait, get the core one. Smaller foot print, faster, and print quality seems better. That being said, the Mk4s is still a really strong printer. I had the original enclosure for the mk4s and it was bulky. 3-4 weeks for a new release with Prusa i

Which Prusa Mk do I choose
In your situation, I would chose between two options. (1) stay with the mini and buy the mk4s kit (2) sell the mini and get the core one kit While the mini and the mk3.5 ae great printers, the core one is the next level. Smaller foot print beautiful optic, much faster, printing ASA with the ease of

MK3.5 or MK3.9, my dilemma...
I actually have 5 mk3s+. Upgrading all of them to mk4, mk4s or later to Core One would put a big hole in my pocket. So I just upgraded two of the mk3s+ to mk4, both to mk4s afterward and one to CoreOne two weeks ago. However, I upgraded only two mk3s I had in stock configuration. Two of the other mk
