Prusa MINI+: different dimensional accuracy based on print bed location

This is caused by the age old problem of Bowden systems similar to the Mini. The heavily constrained filament path causes uneven extrusion dependant on the position. So on one side where the buckled PTFE tube causes the filament to be pulled out of the hotend you'll get underextrusion and on the oth

Im looking for a second smaller printer

The a1 mini is killer in the size format. But you said not bambu. You could go with a voron v0, but over budget. The prusa mini is way too expensive, and pretty obsolecent. I would say maybe the Sovol zero?

Posable legs for Questoris

I have a Prusa Mini+ (FSM, not great for models) A friend has a really cheap resin printer, I think an Anycubic. A colleague has a really nice Elegoo Saturn 4 ultra (I think), though I am not sure if he'd print something this big for me. My main dislike is not the finish, but the workability of the

Prusament is so good!

So since everybody is praising Prusament here, maybe you can help me here. Printing for quite some time now. Using eSun or Sunlu and even other cheap filaments in the past few years since 2018. Never had any Problems with it ob my Printers. All well tuned and running great with all other Filaments.

Is this normal print quality for the Bambu P1S? Replacement machine produced the same results.

ok thats really strange, so maybe its the filament.. but i printet alot of different filaments including an old cheap transparent one and the print quality was always extraordinary good.. instead if my other printers i had before. Just a thought, which firmware update do you have? I had the experien

PC Blend warping

I have a Core One, tried PC Blend and I can't see difference between Core One+ and old Prusa Mini. Warps like hell with all recommend setup even with one inch sized prints.

Do you still consider prusa printers to be competitive in today's market

I'm a long time Bambu X1 user and a very long Prusa mk3s, MINI+ user. But most importantly a new Snapmaker U1 user. I will just try to keep this short, Bambu X1 killed the need for any prusa printer for me. Not a single hiccup since 2 years and its been hell of a reliable machine which mostly any pr

Would a Prusa Mini+ be good as a mostly plug-n-play printer?

I've owned my Prusa Mini for five years, and I've done plenty of upgrades over that time: Revo hotend system with high flow nozzles, Bondtech Extruder, official Prusa enclosure, Nevermore Mini filtration, SuperPINDA (bought but not yet installed). I finished building my Core One yesterday and the di

Is this normal print quality for the Bambu P1S? Replacement machine produced the same results.

well yes and no, because these uneven zigzaglines are not normal even with fdm🤔 reminds me of a partially underextrusion.. did you make a cold pull once? just check it and the flow I checked my grey prints with macro picture, none of my prints from bambu p1s looks like yours, but i got the same bad

What a little monster this is!

Maybe reconsider hanging the spool and the handle off the side of the Z axis. The z axis / z motor / X axis / X motor / X rail / hotend / extruder / extruder motor are all hanging of one thin strip of metal and only directly secured to the Y frame with one direct screw. (I have a better image of th
