The Prusa Initiation Checklist - as observed in the wild
I print paht-cf, pa cf and gf, pc, pccf and all sort of “engineering filaments” on a prusa mini with the enclosure (not heated, just the official one). This guy nags about the electronics rated max 85C, it’s pure nonsense counting that you can print PEEK with a chamber heated at 80C and you won’t pr

Im looking for a second smaller printer
I bought a used Prusa Mini+ and rebuilt it to like new. That thing is unbeatable. It prints all normal stuff and I've printed TPU and ABS. I do have a Delack enclosure with lights and filters on it. Total investment around $400. .

Everyone is bragging about their new CoreOne. Meanwhile, my old lady:
Prusa Mini would cover the use case of so many people. Most people dont need to print ASA or Nylon etc. Just regular ol' PLA and PETG

3D Printers for Beginners
honestly if you’ve already used an ender 3 at work, you’re past “beginner” lol. just grab something like a prusa mini or bambu a1 and call it a day, way less tinkering and more printing.

There is code for f***ing LASERS in the Prusa Firmware Buddy codebase
but after all - why not? A very small Prusa MINI Desktop-Milling-Machine for small PCBs would be quite nice. Don't tempt me and my Mini lmao You could probably do it, the biggest issues are finding a small enough spindle that fits on the gantry, and powering it. There may be too much flex in the sys

Did a little upgrade!
That is an original Prusa mini enclosure. I have the same and it's HUGE. Especially for that 180x180x180 build volume. But it's my only printer and I can print ASA with it perfectly, so worth it I guess.

I love printing PETG again, but ... bad looking walls on one side of the print
This is a problem that is specifically exacerbated with Diamondback nozzles, and it gets much worse with larger nozzle diameters. I have had this issue with Diamondback nozzles on a Prusa XL and Prusa Mini. I have achieved acceptable results with 0.4mm and 0.6mm Diamondback nozzles. but had to retur

Update: Let's talk about quality control for Prusa kits
I was humbled hard with my core one kit. Only ever had a prusa mini i assembled like 4 years ago, thought id be done with the core one in 10ish hours. Assembly took me more like 20 over multiple days lol. Definitely made some mistakes and had to retrace steps. Actually getting the damn thing to prin

BIQU GIVEAWAY
P1S. I actually might try it on my FrankensteinPrusaMini, because I want to create the most versatile printer ever with no original parts.
