How is prusa still in business?
Not really I have a Bambu A1, Kingroon KPL1 and a prusa Mini+ and they are all awesome. The prusa is overpriced as heck but it's a perfect little machine for me to learn, I wouldnt have been able to troubleshoot half the things on my Bambu without starting with that Mini. Although it's the same with

How is prusa still in business?
Yeah and I bought that Prusa Mini+ back in 2022 I believe so it was the top dog of beginner printer, good support and performance for the price. I don't know why there is this weird rivalry between Bambu and Prusa fans.

This is my Prusa Mini Exo Frame, helps with stability and does not need any teardown to install.

PSA Warning if you are thinking of wrapping your printer -
It is a hard habit to break for people who have been 3d printing at home since the MakerBot CNC. All of a sudden I have a printer with all the features I need in an X1C. Sure, I printed a solution for the poop chute and to hold the AMS up so I can move the glass panel. And, I replaced the hotend wit

Everyone is bragging about their new CoreOne. Meanwhile, my old lady:
Prusa Mini would cover the use case of so many people. Most people dont need to print ASA or Nylon etc. Just regular ol' PLA and PETG

Can you tell me which pieces need a replacement?
It seems to be a "Prusa" i3 Hephestos by ex BQ Reader, now BQ. It was my first 3D printer in 2014 and it sucked; when I got a Original Prusa MINI I printed with more filament in a week than what I have managed to use/waste in years with the Hephestos :D

Got a prusa mini+ for free. Now what?
Yeah, youtube a quick start guide on the mini. Download prusaslicer from their website. Also on the site is the Knowledge Base that tells you how to do every little thing with them. Luckily this printer is very easy to work on, mod, and works flawlessly when its dialed in. You'll also want to youtub

Printer Recommendation Beginner
Prusa Mini+ It's very simple, very easy to repair, and prusa is the apple of 3D printers, except Prusa stayed open source and has a great sense of humor and phenomenal community culture. Bambu is pushed on Reddit a lot. I've worked with 3D printers for almost 20 years now since the first Makerbot ki

Reversed Timeline & Appreciation | Core One -> MK3S/+
My first printer was a Prusa Mini+, and a Bambu Lab P1S as second. Now I have a MK4S aswell. If I print something in PLA/PETG, I always send it to my prusas first. Small models are done before the P1S is done shaking my house and blasting whatever dust might be in the room. The Bambu Handyapp is gre

Is the Prusa XL right for me?
This guy is a Bambu lab fanboy and doesn't even seem to own a prusa XL. Neither do I. Here you can read someone's review from two years ago that sounds pretty balanced and honest. https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/1elyxp0/recently_received_a_prusa_xl_5t_and_wanted_to/ In general prusa printers are v
