ive watched a bunch of videos and i was like 99% i wanted the OBSBot meet 2 but i wasnt sure bc gpt and most forums kept saying "elgato mk2" was the best for that price range BUT in most reviews on yt elgato alwasys loses badly lol. anyways i guess i just needed this extra push.

Even expensive laptops can have lower-resolution (i.e., 720p) webcams with poor optics, usually sacrificed to keep the laptop thin and compact. most video issues are because lighting is bad. My current setup is 2 inexpensive neewer panel lights with printer paper diffusers, then some inexpensive RGB bulbs for background color.
