Shine Loud

You gotta try a two step lipstick (like NYX Shine Loud). Glossy and does not budge. I love them so much.

I'm using nyx shine loud in never basic. Looks similar on the lips but has a gloss and lasts for hours on end

It may not be exactly this but nyx has The shine loud lipsticks that's color on one side and then a setting gloss on the other. It leaves a lot of color like this with a little bit of shine, but it's not necessarily creamy.

i recommend nyx shine loud liquid lipstick! matte with an optional gloss and it stays on forever, if you over line slightly your lips will look bigger :)
