the best lightweight lip stain I’ve tried so far (and i’ve probably tried around 10-12 in my lifetime) is the beauty creations kiss me liquid gel tint. lightweight, strong tint, no weird pilling issues and no lipgloss/lip oil feeling, doesn’t dry down oddly. you’ll have to reapply regardless during
