Have you tried NYX's lip lingerie XXL matte liquid lipstick in Naughty noir? It is a matte liquid lipstick, it doesn't really go off easily unless I eat oily food or use a oil based makeup remover. It might be available for you, at least for me in Norway it is available when it is in stock that is.
