Well, here we are.

I've been running into some VRAM limitations with my RTX 4080 Super, and decided that rather than gamble on whatever pricing NVIDIA decides to apply to the new cards; I'd rather just

I'm on a 4080S and was having similar issues - much worse when near the first Small Settlement. Also never had any issues prior to 1.0. Been running a 4080 Super from day one on my personal PC, works great for me. I do have a 9070XT on my work PC though. Resolve and Blender prefers Nvidia's CUDA cores.

Made my jump to the Merc 310 XFX 7900XTX from the my aging 3060ti.
A very squeaky fit in my Jonsbo z20 20L case and had to switch to an sfx psu (more on that and better pics in a more detailed post in the Jonsbo sub reddit). My first build. Be kind.

I want to build my first desktop PC. My budget is 3000€ approximately. I will use it primarly for programming, gaming (Sea of Thieves, Lethal Company modded) and maybe some 3D (Blender).
I currently have a Dell Latitude E7250 laptop, so in fact anything will be a massive improvement for me.

Hello master race pips! After almost 10 years being a console peasent I just dropped 3k on this new rig, buyers remorse hasn’t kicked in just yet, so I’m ridding high for now, and I’m not gonna lie, opening the GPU after delivery brought a tear to my eye.
I know, if I was a smart fellow I would hav
