Well…. NuPhy is indeed a Chinese company making Chinese keyboards. 🤷‍♂️ I personally will be moving on to Logitech once my Air 75 v1 finally fully dies. It’s barely holding itself together with all the broken brittle plastic screw points and I had to yoink the battery after spicy pillow time. Beautiful

The same issue is present on Air75 V3. The best course of action I'd recommend is for you to return the board and buy from a different brand (Keychron/IQUNIX/Lofree etc.). The Air75 v3 I recieved a couple of days ago came without any extra switches. I ordered directly from NuPhy Hong Kong warehouse. The v2's come with a test set of the NuPhy Custom switches (Wisteria, Moss, Aloe, and Cowberry) iirc. I have no knowledge on what they include in the HE variants though.
