I have owned over a dozen Nuphy boards over the years...currently the Air 75 V3, Air 65 V3 and the Kick 75. I'm quite happy with all of them. Perhaps it's just your individual keyboard. I recommend contacting customer support.

Not sure whether you got the same trouble I had before, but just share it here and how I solved it eventually. After receiving my Kick 75 months ago, I found that the “F3” was not working. I tried to clean the keyboard, swap with new key switches, updated the firmware, etc. But none of these helped.

For the moment, buy some new keycaps to change up the look of it. It’s a fun budget keyboard and nice to dip your toe into it. Change up your switches.
