[AMA] NuPhy engineer here. Ask me anything 👀

Are you guys working on a solution where a lot of your 3.0 switches make a sharp ticking sound? This post (not mine) has a video, which is exactly what I’m experiencing as well except with blush nano: https://www.reddit.com/r/NuPhy/s/pAmVZ7ADS1

Nuphy Air75v3 Extreme Mod - unlocked both High profile and low profile switch compatibility (not for the faint hearted)

I have a bunch of NuPhy board and the problem is that all the low profile switches except Nano Panda are terrible and even the Pandas aren’t great. I switched the Kick 75 from low to high and can’t see any reason to go back. Nano 3.0 switches generally suck and it does not seem after a year or so th

Recently into low profiles

Looks like you've already tried out the ones I'd recommend! Fwiw If you're in an office environment, steer clear of the NuPhy Air (at least the v2); it's quite clacky. I bought the Air75 v2 with Moss switches for my office. The top bump was very crisp, but it was so loud on both bottom-out and toppi

Customising Nuphy Air75 V3

Typists typically prefer tactile switches. Unfortunately, the NuPhy Air V3 series uses hot-swappable Gateron Low-Profile 3.0 (Nano) switches, which are exclusively compatible with the V3 series' updated switch sockets. There are not a lot of compatible switches at this time. I’m sure that will chang

Nuphy is my fav board atm / Nuphy Air75 V4

Damn I have 4 NuPhy boards and the Air is my least favorite and worst to type on, even with Panda Nano switches, which IMO, are the best.

Buyer beware: do not order from NuPhy.

I bought a node 100 low profile a couple weeks ago. Upvoting but want to add nuance here. My valid complaints as well as some pros below. Valid complaints: - shipped from china - customer service unresponsive for days - keyboard connectivity doesn't work even when paired and connected to the bluetoo

Air75 v3 - Brand new but with ghosting and double click issues. Is there a fix for this?

Oh man this is the worst, seems like I made a really bad decision buying the Air75 v3 then. I have actually followed the advice that said I should take the working switches from other keys and use them to replace the ones with the errors, and funny enough that actually worked. I just have not felt m

Air75 v3 - Brand new but with ghosting and double click issues. Is there a fix for this?

My only other NuPhy is a Halo75 v2 I bought used years ago and surprisingly that one still works. Actually was my favorite keyboard until I started buying more last year. This Air75 v3 is really a big disappointment. I just tried it earlier after my previous reply to you, still have issues with the

How to Low Profile-fy a High Profile keyboard?

Now, for the Air75 V3:- I bought my unit with Nano Brows switches which were honestly pretty good, but then decided to switch over to Nano Blush (silent linears) and have been using them up until now. Unfortunately, the have the same pinging noise issue and the Keychron Banana switches which meant I

Long-Term Maintenance of NuPhy Air75 V3 - Concerns

I think I will look for something else. I'm concerned that the software installer will eventually become non-functional with macOS updates in the future. I figure it's better to get something that is QMK/VIA (or ZMK) compliant. The fact that the case is assembled with clips gives me the impression t
