I’m using a NuPhy Air75 V2 (firmware 2.1.5) and connecting it to VIA (usevia.app) on Windows. Still the same issue here, VIA only shows Key Tester, no Keymap/Layers/Macros, keyboard detected but configuration not working

I have had issues with the Nuphy Air75 v2 - it basically would only work after pairing, but not reconnect afterwards. In this case, it actually helped to update the NuPhy firmware (incl the RF firmware).

TLDR: If you are willing to trade out the Bluetooth in order to get your keymaps to work properly, build and install the firmware from source using make, following their GitHub's instructions.
