Are these tko dumbbells worth it?
For that price, I'd go with the Smrtft Nuobells. I have the 5-80s + the heavy duty stand and got it all in for around $1k. Also only takes up the floor space of what 2 dumbbells on a stand would.

Love them! I had PowerBlocks before and Nuobells. I like these better than both - no cage, can go up to 105lbs, and not afraid if I drop them.

Nuobell S5100 or Rep Peppins
If you want easy and quick, go Nuobells. They start at 5lbs, have the quickest adjustment, and no annoying adder weights. They also have a more passive knurling, which your fiance might appreciate, and more traditional shape/feeling. For durability and heavy weight go Peppins. They are built like ta

[EU/Europe] Looking for Adjustable DBs (32kg+ in KG) and a solid FID Bench with Preacher/Decline attachments
Dumbbells I’d say nuobell your best bet. Fast quick change and goes up to 32kg I think. I have ironmaster dumbbells and love them but they are a bit slower to adjust and are in lbs. You can drop them though unlike the nuobells Bench wise I love my ironmaster super bench pro. It’s not a decline bench

Wanting to start lifting and start a home gym. Need advice on starting.
I say always start small, but invest in good pieces. This lets you gauge how committed you can be with a home gym, or if the space is better used for something else. By investing in good pieces you are either buying once, crying once, or able to sell more easily if you decide to go a different direc

Adjustable dumbell
I got my AOC's about a month ago and use them a lot; I've had the Nuobell 5-80's for several years, so I got the AOC 10-50's. I do double drops on 1 arm rows, so I need 3 dumbbells, and also superset DB 2 arm rows and incline DB presses, so I need 4 DB's for those. On the 1 arm rows, I can take some

Why do all adjustable dumbbells have at least 1 thing that sucks about them?
Trulap is great, I have nuobells and had snodes but sold em. Snode was good but the 10lbs increments just suck, attaching micro weights suck they take too much time. The trulaps feel solid to me and love that I can go up around 3lbs at a time. I combine with my Nuobell and get even greater range ie/

Tennis Elbow (A Rant)
I bought a pair of 5-70 Nuobells. Maybe you’re bigger than me, but they get me where I need to go. I own these. You should look into them. The SSB is the best piece of barbell gear I own. https://elitefts.com/products/ss-yoke-bar?srsltid=AfmBOoqv_oYhsMJt-QVnO81EJu4ItFgRR0cyLhEPmYVM332-zzyXYwg1 https

The beginning
I do like the adjustable a lot. Those are the 80lb nuobells and they’re pretty solid. They have a 100lb set out now that I’d rather have but that wasn’t out yet when I bought those.
