But you can't see the progress with the Cosori. For the same price purchase the Chefman AF, with a viewing window, and it's also better than the Ninja Crispi Pro.

Have you narrowed your choices down? I’m on the hunt for the same. I’ve been eyeing the Ninja Crispi Pro due to the glass and ability to set the exact temperature unlike the non-pro models - all that said, the price tag isn’t my favorite!

The Ninja Crispi Pro model was terrible IMO. Difficult to clean, Difficult to remove from under heat element without burning fingers. Not worth the hefty price tag. I sent mine back.
