Based on Tzulo's own "About Us" section, they don't list the San Jose data center, only the Chicago and Los Angeles data centers. So I assume it is more on Tzulo's side that they may be using Tiger Media's infrastructure, which Mullvad is not aware of or didn't feel the need to disclose. https://www

An entity with no public hosting or telecom footprint is the registered holder of the /24 carrying Mullvad’s US DNS resolver, and nothing in public documentation explains who they are or why they hold it. Is that not worrying?
