I just had an 18 month old MAG 274QRF QD E2 with the exact same issue. I noticed it first at 60hz (for playing JR East Train Sim) but it was fine at 180hz. Hey Andrew, the backlight has stopped working on my MAG274QRF-QD as well, right around the 4-year mark. Warranty has expired. I registered the monitor the day I got it. Is there anything you or MSI can do to help me out. I'm willing to pay or meet halfway on the cost or repair if so.
