I know that monsgeek is owned by akko. The OEM that produces the PCB for the m1 v5 TMR is a company called rongyuan, and their firmware suffers from many stability issues caused by poor input filtration. This is the same OEM that keyboards like the fun60 and some ace60 models use, and you can see th

Monsgeek M1v5 TMR only has 3 holes
Direct quote from monsgeek in m1 v5 tmr product page : "Please kindly note that the switch pad may not have cut-outs, which might make it seem incompatible with mechanical switches on the TMR version. If you encounter this issue, installing switches is still easy—the switch pad allows for simple ins

Should I make this my final decision
I almost got this one and still may pick it up at some point. but I ultimately went with Monsgeek M1 V5 TMR. Full Aluminum housing, Ball catch assembly makes modding it easy, Supports Hall Effect and Mechanical Switches because of the TMR sensors for morre switch options. Wireless or Wired. dependin

Is it possible to find a “good” magnetic keyboard with a knob?
I own as my daily the Monsgeek M1 V5 TMR and think it's great. The online driver is also easy to use for my settings. I can recommend the keyboard if you want to have the latest technology such as TMR installed. Can't say whether it's worth it, but I thought it was great that you can use HE and norm

Wooting Two HE vs 80 HE. What am I missing on?
My honest opinion, get a Monsgeek M1 V5 TMR, it's cheaper, better build quality, and is compatible with more magnetic switches, and you can put in regular mech switches if you want. It also sounds a lot better if you care about the sound profile. Another option would be the Womier SK75 TMR. for the

Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless
Why? you can get better boards for cheaper if all you want is HE Features. do some research on TMR boards like the Womier SK75 TMR or Monsgeek M1 V5 TMR. both of these boards are cheaper and imo, better than the wooting.

My first proper mechanical keyboard, I'm in love with it
Monsgeek M1 V5 TMR. I just got one as well but honestly going to return it. Nothing wrong with it but I just don't think I'll realistically be better on keyboard than controller anytime soon. I always hear about how bad magnetic switches sound but this one has a nice bassy thock to it. Its the reaso

Looking for an affordable 75% keyboard with decent build quality
If you want mech keeb - Wob Rainy75 is still very good. If you want an HE - Mchose Jet75, built nicely and sounds pretty good (for the price). If you want both - it's Monsgeek M1 V5 TMR. Yes I said both, because it's capable of installing both mech and magnetic switches in any hotswap socket.

MonsGeek M1 V5 TMR or Womier SK75 TMR?
MonsGeek M1 V5 TMR wth the Gateron Jade Max's looks, feels, and sounds noticeably better than stock. Those same switches in other HE boards still dont sound or feel as good, so that M1 is doing a lot of the heavy lifting there.
