About to buy df54 - concerning reviews on amazon.
Love my DF54 and use a metal catch cup. I just use the bellows thoroughly for each dose and clean the shoot 1-2x a month and it’s great I do recommend 2-3 spritzes of water as RDT and haven’t had any issues. Enjoy your grinder Fwiw, I bought via MiiCoffee and they did a good job

Need help [Rancilio Silvia V2]
im still pretty new to espresso but i got a DF54 from MiiCoffee and its amazingggg. just make sure to brush out the shoot that the coffee comes out every time to avoid a clog. It’s very quiet and sleek.

New grinder recs
(answering as a cafe owner) What is your budget ? I would focus on getting a grinder that is designed for consistency and reliability. Most domestic kitchen grinders will just fail with repeated use, they are not designed for. A DF54 you could try, but I suspect most of the Turin/MiiCoffee grinders

[500$] what should I go for?
You have to decide if you want to prioritize aesthetics or performance. I didn’t love the look of the DF54 but seeing it in person I think it looks nice on my counter. I’d 100% recommend the DF54 or 64 from a distributor that’ll give you warranty and support. Like MiiCoffee

[DF54] New Modified Replacement Declumper. Tested - Works
