So one strange issue for me, you can't use the trackpad and the keyboard at the same time. By that I mean I can't say hover over a link, hold Ctrl and then click with the touchpad to open the link, its as if pressing the keyboard de-activates the trackpad for a period; if this is meant to be like th

As someone working in IT Hardware, I've had an unbelievable amount of Surface Pro Type Covers fail, all the Surface Pro 9/10 versions specifically. Along with the migration from Intel to Snapdragon CPU's with ARM64 instead of x86 we're no longer purchasing Surface Pro's, HP EliteBooks for everyone a

Surface Pro 9 owner and there's a lot to like about it... But I'm trepidatious about recommending it. I haven't used the 11 so I'm sure the battery life has improved, but it's really, really bad on the 9. Love the keyboard itself, love the slim form factor ... Hate that sometimes I don't have a hing

“This is not about the companies” “Don’t forget in this case the hardware and software were both in MS hands…” 🧐🤨🤷♂️ yes, see your point. What I meant is, that I am not a "fan" of either of them. I used Windows since ever and Apple only since MS released this disappointing Win11 and seems not to reall

Interesting, I've been dealing with a similar issue. I also have a SP9 and all of a sudden the surface will recognize the keyboard but my mouse won't appear and the keys won't function. Tried reinstalling the drivers, which also didn't help. Microsoft want me to do a factory reset, which I'm waiting

And even on SP9 i7 16gb the performance is bad. IMHO, if you start again. Use Goodnotes on iPad, combination is better in every aspect. -- Stylus (much better) -- App performance -- Note styling -- Ease of use -- Battery time -- and even compatible hardware price Based on the provided improvements,
