If you are triggering lots of pre recorded audio or midi clips, Ableton is well suited. If you are playing lots of different songs and want to change patches and VST instruments, Ableton is far from ideal. It has no native set list / song management and is resource hungry. Virtual instruments and ot

Just got a PS5, is the portal worth it? Or stick with what I got?
Stick with what you've got. PXPlay performs much better than the Sony remote play software on the Portal. I prefer my old Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with a DualSense over my Portal when playing remotely.

I have been using Surface Pros since about 2013, 3 in all, currently Surface Pro 7 bought in 2020 (still with the first one's Type Cover going strong). Surface Laptop 7 (Snapdragon) – small issues + should I keep it for college?
I don’t thing the Surface Pro 7s used Snapdragon chips, they used Intel. Microsoft started using Snapdragons on the Surface Pro 11s. ngl windows 11 is frustrating with all the ads and forced features. i downgraded my surface pro 7+ to windows 10 last year. the key is using microsoft's own recovery image from their website - search 'surface recovery image' and enter your serial. itll give you a win10 image with all drivers baked i

Which simple control surface is right for me?
Could run Reaper on a touch screen laptop and not have to worry about 2nd screens. A reconditioned Microsoft Surface Pro 7+\8 2022 or later costs less than a new iPad, will give a i7 16 GB Ram and 512 GB SSD, a real OS with full desktop power and full make range of plugins. It has detachable keyboar

The real difference between the fold 8 and fold 8 wide
i also would like to keep the s-pen but i rarely use it, maybe once or twice a month. main reason for me is that the note taking apps are all bad and my case with s-pen slot is broken and i cannot find a replacement where the s-pen slot is on the side instead of the back so that i still can use qi c
