Which simple control surface is right for me?

A reconditioned Microsoft Surface Pro 7+\8 2022 or later costs less than a new iPad, will give a i7 16 GB Ram and 512 GB SSD, a real OS with full desktop power and full make range of plugins. It has detachable keyboar
