Surface pro 8 screen dead

when my sp7 screen died i looked at both options. a new screen replacement runs around $250-350 from places like ubreakifix or microsoft certified shops. if the rest of the tablet works fine, repair is cheaper than a new sp9 or sp10 which starts around $1000. using an external monitor works for desk

What is a good tablet to run the full functionality of excel, complex spreadsheets and gaming?

Surface pro series does a good one for roblox, minecraft or something like that. Microsoft devices better be able to run microsoft software... can run minecraft easily on SP10 intel. gets a bit toasty running more intense games but an external fan helps.

I bought a Surface Pro 10 For Business (8GB RAM / U5 135U), but the battery life is horrible!!

I don’t have the surface 10, but if you’re not getting anywhere near the quoted battery life, then there’s an issue. I’ll start by saying try and go back to curry’s first, then go to Microsoft. But in my consumer experience from curry’s, they’ll try and fob you off to the manufacturer, even if you w

What surface are you currently using and when would you like to upgrade?

Punchline to anyone using a Surface Pro 11 until it slows down. My SP3's still running strong 12 years later :) I currently have a SP7 i7. I would like an SP7+ for the SSD access and legacy USB-A but can live without it. I have seen a few SP9's 2nd hand which are quite attractive as they are pretty

Costco Deal - yay nor nay?

I paid about $2000 for my Surface Pro, It's the Surface Pro 10 for business and it's the 5G version so I was able to add the AT&T Tablet Unlimited sim card. It kept disconnecting a lot in bad areas while I was driving but I called AT&T Technical Support and I asked them to whitelist my IMEI and they

Recommendation needed

If you are only purchasing directly from Microsoft, please ignore this comment. The SP10 is a business version. The great majority are owed and controlled by corporate IT departments. So it would be fairly rare to find one for personal use, which means they are also rare on the used market. Don’t bu

I bought a Surface Pro 10 For Business (8GB RAM / U5 135U), but the battery life is horrible!!

Totally fair point, I guess you could say I'm trying to use it similarly to an iPad (notetaking & games like geometry dash) but I'm not doing anything too crazy on it, I main 2 other laptops and I just wanted to see if this battery life is normal with surfaces. For me, my Pro 10 feels more like a ga

Surface Pro 11 Intel

Can you show me the listing because as far as I know Surface Pro 11th Edition has no Intel processors unless it's a laptop. I bought a Surface Pro 10 business on eBay and it was pretty expensive. I was trying to buy it from the Microsoft site but their website is so messed up it would not let me use

Microsoft surface pro or Ipad and laptop combo?

In terms of price, an ipad and a separate laptop will give you all you need for a cheaper price than a surface. if you're going in engineering you'll probably need a computer with an intel or amd processor, else you might run into compatibility issues with some software (Snapdragon/ARM computers are
