Considering switching to Surface from Mac + iPad
Where did you get the info? Yes, you'll hear the fans more often in a 13-inch X Elite. Besides that, not really since Windows on ARM still hasn't matured. If you want the X Elite, go for a 15-inch Microsoft Surface Laptop 7.
