Microsoft surface laptops and one Apple MacBook Air, sold as is. These Microsoft 15” laptops are really nice! I’m a convert now!

Intel macbook pro still worth it?

Not worth it. Even with your use-case. You are much better off getting an Apple Silicon machine and using Parallels/Crossover if you really want to run Windows on a Mac. Keep in mind running Windows on a Mac is the most expensive way to get Windows. The Intel Mac will still not game. Also, keep in m

Ex-Windows chief Steven Sinofsky calls MacBook Neo "a paradigm shifting computer" — reflects on Surface failure and Windows on Arm while lamenting "we were early, but not wrong"

MS went all-in on tablets too soon, too. They went all-in on portables (Windows CE). Too soon. Surface, ARM... They are usually exactly right about where things will go, and they could be the first success... If the experience wasn't crap every time. I had an HP palmtop. I usually got it to work for

MKBHD's video about the Mac Neo feels like he purposely didnt mention Surface laptops. Instead used

I loved the stores. And yes… buying my first surface was like having magic on a tablet… I never bought another regular laptop for a decade…. It’s a shame we are where we are. The surfaces were the best product of Microsoft.

Best computers for PM

Well I was a Microsoft fanboy. Had the Zune, the Windows phone, the watch. Since I used Project/Project Server exclusively I wanted a computer with 8 to 16 GB of RAM. And a video card that can drive another monitor beside the laptop’s display. Since I wrote/customized training materials it was cruci

DID Microsoft get a wakeup call

Ever since the CEO has been around, Microsoft is no longer a company that cares about end users. He's killed mobile efforts, web services barely have any improvements or have even lost features, the retail stores closed, the console has gone downhill, there's barely any innovation with Office produc

MKBHD's video about the Mac Neo feels like he purposely didnt mention Surface laptops. Instead used

Don’t be butt hurt, I’m owner of two surfaces and their are very well built and that is Because surfaces are nothing special, and it’s Microsoft fault. Neo is a great laptop for the price, specially in the US They did a great work with the Hardware and software, because their transition to arm was m

Windows Surface Laptop 7 lifespan??

I don’t think he is correct. Microsoft posted this tear down that shows the ssd removal of the 13 inch. This is likely the new device, as the 13.8 inch SL 7 has the ssd in a different spot.
