Nuphy, without hesitation. Check out the Nuphy Air 75 V3 or the Kick 75. Great low profile keyboards!! NUphy is hot-swappable. MelGeek O2 is great, as well. MelGeek is NOT hot-swappable.

Why finding Mechanical Keyboard for Mac is so difficult
I am an office worker. I am using MelGeek O2 keyboard for my Mac. I was not dare to type loudly during lunch break, for fear of disturbing other colleagues who are taking a break. Now it has solved this problem. XDAnd I think size is perfectly adapted to my Mac keyboard.
