If you were to build a truly quiet keyboard...

For a truly quiet keyboard, get silent switches. Akko Fairy switches are the quietest I've tried. Epomaker Roseveil switches are the most non-mushy silent switch I've tried, but it's not as quiet as the Fairy switches. If you want a ready-made silent mechanical keyboard, get the Epomaker TH108. If y

I took the red pill.

Hipyo tech? I just recently went from a long string of Corsair K-70 keyboards to an Epomaker th108... Ive learned that I should have sought out a keyboard that supports via.. thinking on returning this keyboard for one that does but I sincerely love this thing.. and not a smidge of aluminum to be fo

Clueless with keyboards :)

Quiet prebuilt keyboards are limited, but the Nuphy Node 75 or 100 and Epomaker TH108 or RT85 are two good options. If you want creamy, the Rainy75 and Bridge75 are both fantastic but probably too loud. If you want budget creamy, Kisnt KN85. Shoutout: The Keychron C1 Pro TKL (ten-keyless) keyboard w

Quiet budget keyboard

The highest quality keyboard you can get for the lowest money is the Kisnt KN85. It's $40 on Amazon. To make any hot-swappable keyboard silent, you just get silent switches. Outemu Peaches are a popular budget silent switch. There are no low cost silent keyboards. The closest you will find is the Ep

Looking for a silent keyboard

I’ve been looking for very much the same thing. Just a heads up, a few days ago on Amazon I saw the Epomaker TH108 on sale for like $68. I bought it with the stock silent switches. I’m sort of blown away by how quiet this thing is right out of the box. It’s a plastic keyboard, to be sure, but becaus

Paralyzed

Aula F108 Pro and Epomaker Th108 are both under $100. Comes with all the bells and whistles you would want from a budget leyboard theae days and both have medial controls. Might be worth to check them out.

Moving on from Steelseries

For 96-100% fullsize keyboards... Best Kit: QwertyKeys QK101, QK100, anything from QwertyKeys, honestly. Also Athena 1800. Best ready-made prebuilts: QwertKeys Neo98, Ticktype DP104, Chillkey ND104 Best prebuilt around $100: Epomaker Galaxy100 Cheaper, lighter, plastic prebuilts that don't suck: Kis

looking for a specific keyboard to fit my needs

The Galaxy100 is lovely but only 96% and no media keys. Have you considered the Kisnt KN104? Or maybe the Aula F108 or Epomaker TH108? The top recommended ones are the TickType DP104 and the Chillkey ND104, but they're pricier. And the QwertyKeys QK101 is glorious, but even pricier and barebones.
