The creamy sound from the video you linked sounds deeper to me, which I've had better luck getting from plastic or wooden keyboards! i've used both brands and Keychron wins on build quality. the V6 Ultra has better dampening than the Max. Epomaker boards feel cheaper but the TH108 Pro has nicer stabs out of the box. since you're swapping in frozen silents anyway, get whichever is cheaper - the switches matter more than the board
