Inexpensive, mechanical full size with numpad?
Sadly, no. If you want a true fullsize aluminum mechanical keyboard, you're limited to Keychron Q6, Monsgeek M5, and the QwertyKeys QK101. Or you could go for cheaper plastic options like the Epomaker TH108, the Aula F108, or the Kisnt KN104.

There's also the Epomaker TH108, which comes with silent switches and is under $80 right now. But its not as high quality as the other ones mentioned above. Or you could get the very thocky/creamy Kisnt KN85 or KN104, which are both ultra low budget ($30-55), and that would leave you some budget for
