New to the keyboard world (already obsessed)

If you want a creamy out of the box fullsuze, your best bet is probably the epomaker th108 with creamy jade switches. Its not the best, but its very creamy out of the box and comes with a numpad. The Kisnt also has the KN104, which may be thockier than the th108. I haven't compared.

Need recommendations for a new gaming keyboard

The galaxy100 is great. If you need a plastic one for portability, the Aula F99 or ilovbee B98 are decent options. The Kisnt is fantastic, but it's only a 75% keyboard. However, I have seen it bundled with a matching numpad. If you want something extremely portable, check out the Lofree Flow Lite 10

Why is 90% of the home keyboard market geared towards gamers...

Lofree Flow Lite lite 100, hits your desires but not fully fullsize. Epomaker TH108, fullsize and quiet, but not low profile.
