i've used both brands and Keychron wins on build quality. the V6 Ultra has better dampening than the Max. Epomaker boards feel cheaper but the TH108 Pro has nicer stabs out of the box. since you're swapping in frozen silents anyway, get whichever is cheaper - the switches matter more than the board

I’ve been looking for very much the same thing. Just a heads up, a few days ago on Amazon I saw the Epomaker TH108 on sale for like $68. I bought it with the stock silent switches. I’m sort of blown away by how quiet this thing is right out of the box. It’s a plastic keyboard, to be sure, but becaus

I never really hear anyone say anything bad about Akko. People on this sub hate Epomaker because of their business practices, but I got a few of their boards before I knew they were a not so nice business entity - and honestly the boards are nice (TH80 and TH108). Keychron is a "good enough" choice,

The creamy sound from the video you linked sounds deeper to me, which I've had better luck getting from plastic or wooden keyboards! You can still achieve it with an aluminum keyboard, but I think it requires a lot less modding~ My first keyboard was the Epomaker TH108, it's plastic, comes prebuilt,

Hipyo tech? I just recently went from a long string of Corsair K-70 keyboards to an Epomaker th108... Ive learned that I should have sought out a keyboard that supports via.. thinking on returning this keyboard for one that does but I sincerely love this thing.. and not a smidge of aluminum to be fo

They make the keyboards now where you can pull out the keycaps and switches and pop in new ones while it’s on. My Epomaker keyboards all came with a combo switch and keycap puller. There’s nothing to it - squeeze and pull. Prebuilt will definitely save you time and money. Like I said, I’m pretty hap

Epomaker QK108 with Sea Salt switches is great. I picked one up a few weeks ago and am super happy with it. I picked up an Epomaker TH80 v2 PRO recently and it is the same quality. Originally, I was thinking about the TTC switches too but I’m pretty damn happy with the QK108 so I think my search is

The top of the line fullsize prebuilt keyboards are the Chillkey ND104 and the Ticktype DP104. Medium range good fullsize keyboards are the Nuphy Node and Keychron V6. The Monsgeek M5 is also good if you can findit. Budget range good fullsize keyboards are the Aula F108, Epomaker TH108, and Kisnt KN

Epomaker TH108 w/creamy jade switches is my current fave budget prebuilt. If you need silent you can get it w/ silent switches I love the sound, the look, and so far it’s performed great. Feels pretty high quality as far as budget keyboards go too. (I got on sale from Amazon so I could get a deal an

If you don't need the numpad, the 80% keyboards, which are also known as "TKL" for "Ten Key-Less", have the same dimensions as a full size except for the numpad. You don't have many options for a true fullsize. You can get decent quality in low budget keyboards like the Aula F108, the Epomaker TH108
