You can't get one for $60 that will work on ps5 and not be a really bad experience. At minimum get him a mayflash f500 and the mayflash s5 magicboots dongle so it will work on ps5, or an f700 (more expensive but works on ps5 out of the box). The Mayflash F500 Elite is arguably the best entry level arcade stick for PC gamers. I'd argue the Fightbox F10-EX is the best Sanwa button equipped entry lever leverless (better pricing than Mayflash F500 Flat Elite).
