I het this effect from Maybelline colossal mascara, the yellow tubes and recently I got staze mascara which also gives similar effect minus the pain of removing as it is a tubing mascara.

Original Maybelline Colossal WP in the yellow tube. I have wispy lashes and this gives me great volume and length. The want is a fluffier brush with flexy bristles as opposed to the hard plastic wands with hard bristles. IMO wands with actual bristles always works better to give volume and length. T
