Where can I find an AFFORDABLE, matte, PIGMENTED black liquid lipstick that actually dries down?
It’s about $13, so over your range a tad, but Maybelline’s SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick has a black, Thrill Seeker that I really enjoy. Wore this formula (different color) for my wedding and it did not budge.

what’s the best red lipstick in ur opinion?
I hate saying this because the Daaaaarling does my head in, but Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution in Pizzazz is beautiful. Opaque, not drying, great staying powder for a bullet lipstick. I also love Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink in Pioneer.
