You'll want to look for satin finishes, or at least creamy/hydrating mattes. Maybelline makes some of the best lipsticks at the drugstore in terms of longevity, but all mattes can feel drying to some degree. Do they have they hydrating serum lipsticks where you are?

Try Maybelline serum lipsticks. I've got one from the satin range and tbh it really feels like a lip balm on the lips, but also not tacky, just light, hydrating and comfort. The wear time is not the longest obviously but worth it tbh.
