Another vote for Maybelline Sky Tubes!!! No flaking. Can handle a light to moderate cry lol and when I am too lazy to take it off at night I wake up and it still hasn't budged.

The Maybelline Sky Tubes is the absolute number 1 easiest mascara to remove. It slides off with water in a matter of seconds. I really don’t think you’ll find an easier one to remove - plus, it’s amazing!
