waterproof mascara that refuses to budge?
I love Maybelline The Falsies Lash Lift Hydrofuge Waterproof. It has worked better than anything I’ve ever used. I wore it to a concert in July in Nashville and it didn’t melt off or run. I’ve also worn it to a funeral knowing I’d be crying a lot and it never smudged or ran.

Can't afford bridal makeup
A good primer, including eyelids, and setting spray will make a world of difference. My personal holy grail is Maybelline's The Falsies Lash Lift Waterproof Mascara.
