When you can't wear your season's makeup
Is your hair correct for your season? I used to think my color season's makeup looked terrible on me. The reason was my hair wasn't correct for my season and everything clashed. Other factors could be maybe the colors you're wearing are too saturated. Try a spring season gloss or lip oil rather than

Lipstick Swatches!
For reference, I am a cool leaning fair olive. Missha Perfect Cover 21 (current formulation - bottle verbage ends in the words 'moisturized complexion') is too dark and warm for me. The old Missha Perfect Cover 21 formulation (bottle verbage ended in the words 'excellent coverage') was not too warm

What are your favourite lipsticks that sit on the edge of brown and pink and flatter Light Medium and Medium Neutral-warm Olives ? I’ll go first.
Neutral leaning warm. Anything pink usually makes my looks ashy, so the likes of Mac Twig and Cool Teddy don’t work. Even Cafe Mocha was a dud.

mac soar, mac whirl, and charlotte tilbury pillow talk medium
It’s so hard to tell with these colors how they will work. I recently got Mac Twig Twist matte lipstick and still am not sure if it works for me or not. I’m cool-neutral, so it’s almost too gray in tone for me. It kinda warms up/fades to a nice soft berry at least, so I can just blot it.

What is the last product that you purchased feeling certain that you would love only to be let down by?
MAC Cool Teddy, looks grayish on me. I'm muted and fair. Warm Soul blush was too shimmery and Gingerly blush I have to be careful and light handed with. MAC Twig Twist lipstick also looks muddy on me, I actually prefer Mehr over Twig, I was hoping for the perfect true mauve purple-pink lipstick.

Flattering Lipsticks for Fair Warm Muted Olive Skin- A Detailed Breakdown
This is so very helpful! Thank you for this. Taupe and Warm Teddy are my absolute comfort zones. This is the exact issue I have with pinks and purples. Mac Twig and Whirl were nightmares on me. Although I’m deeper at medium, I feel the tone and undertone of these will work. And Yeyy, I finally have s
