Okay, I have a silly question that's plagued me for years: how do I prevent this smudge from appearing every time I wear mascara?

Drugstore mascara (newbie)
L’oreal telescopic lift mascara!! It has a very unique brush that is flat on one side. I use the edge to give more lenght and with one swipe my lashes look long and natural. When I want more volume I use the rounded side and apply several layers. I prefer the washable version for my sensitive eyes a

Its just an idea but I used L’Oreal Paris telescopic lift waterproof mascara and cried at least twice at my wedding lol and it didnt run ! :))

Which drugstore mascara is best for no flakiness and easy removal?
I love L'oreal Panorama - my fave but I also like the Extensionist and Telescopic Lift ones too. These are great for volume, lift and stay on great and fairly easy to remove!
