I have the exact same issue! Reached out to support but unfortunately, what I got was my device was out of warranty period and nothing more. My gut feeling is that it's a software issue, but weird that it only happens for my MX mouse. I am also using MX Mechanical but doesn't hasn't faced any issue

I second this. I have to use a Windows laptop for work but have a MacBook Pro M5 Pro for personal use and I have been rocking the MX keys mini for a couple of years now. I love it I also have the MX mechanical mini but I just can’t type on it as well as the MX keys mini. Works perfect on Mac and Win

You should read r/keyboards before making any decision, lots of people seem to have keyboards that don't last long. I'm not sure why, but it does seem to be an issue, and you need to be careful to pick the right brand or to know that you will spend time on fixing things. I switched from the MX Mecha
