Do you need to get a desktop? WFH means you can work from anywhere and having a laptop that can dock at your desk to multiple monitors + external keyboard + mouse gives you the flexibility to have a desktop setup at home but also be able to work from other places when being stuck in your house gets

Buy the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini. It's fantastic. Portable enough to carry in a bag. I have a Surface Pro 8 and am also very much a keyboard snob. The Surface Pro keyboard is pretty solid, all things considered.

I have the MX Keys Mini TKL and MX Mechanical Mini. Both are amazing keyboards but I always seem to rotate back to the MX Keys Mini TKL. The feel of the keys and being light (for me) is very good. I never used a fold keyboard but the size of the MX Keys Mini TKL makes it easy to fit in any standard

My mx keys had a key start twisting within a week, i think it’s not built for long term durable use. Seeing this i returned it and bought the mx mechanical mini, no durability issues whatsoever have it around 4 years

What realistically could be changed in a refresh? I'm on MX Mechanical Mini, and it feels like a pretty solid product. I hope Logitech would unfuck the backlight, but this should be doable with a simple firmware update.

Logitech MX Mechanical Mini! And I’m super loving everything about it! I want to get some custom key caps for some keys, but aside from that I’m good. Especially now that the software lets you control the backlight brightness correctly.
