G430

I've had my Logitech g430 for 5 years now barely any problems other than old slightly sensitive jack and cup replacements.

The problem was never resolved for me either. I've asked support about it twice now, and they had nothing for me. I'm on a Logitech G430, so it's probably a very similar headset to yours in the way it works. I'm guessing the issue is the headset itself for some reason. I don't have other speakers at
