G733 LIGHTSPEED

Hi I've got a problem with my Logitech G733 lightspeed. I bought them a few days ago and everything has been perfect since today. When I put them on my head, the left speaker played much louder than the right one. reinstalling the Logitech G hub and hard reset the headphones didn't help. Anyone have
