G733 LIGHTSPEED

I am trying to speak to Logitech about getting a replacement for my Logitech G733 Lightspeed K/DA headset. But whenever I got to the support page, the g733 isn't listed there. And whenever I type my S/N to the bot, it tells me to retry and recheck my code?

Hi, I ordered a G733 Lightspeed and it showed up used, damaged and missing the charging cable which wasn't great.

Logitech support won't carry through with my warranty claim until I send through I "denial letter" from amazon despite having already provided proof of purchase and the serial number.

i have misplaced and lost the usb receiver to my Logitech G733 headset, i have had it under a year and have exhausted every option to find the part or a replacement. i want to know if it is in any way possible to acquire a replacement dongle or if i should give up.
