I’ve bought a g733 today and everything works fine I still have to get use to its flimsy body but I love it right now. The main issue I am facing is that I cant mute my headset. I am pressing the mute/unmute button but it doesnt seem to do anything. I remapped the mute key to mute audio output and i

y’all I am absolutely losing my mind over here!! I am on the hunt for a reasonably priced, cute, good mic, AND comfortable headset and so far have tried four to no avail. I come here specifically because I don’t wanna get dogged on for also wanting them to be cute haha.

Hi, I ordered a G733 Lightspeed and it showed up used, damaged and missing the charging cable which wasn't great.

Logitech support won't carry through with my warranty claim until I send through I "denial letter" from amazon despite having already provided proof of purchase and the serial number.

I bought it on amazon a week ago, I've just received it and when I tried to charge it, it "worked". On Ghub i can see that it's charging but he still at 5% since 3 ou 4 hours, what should i do ? Send it back and be refunded or you have something to help me ?

While not quite "SOLVED", I will consider this post as on-hold pending the result of a replacement headset testing by DulaPeeps12.

My conclusion thus far:
A wired Logitech USB G633 headset had no problems on the linux computer. Confirming that there are no major issues with the linux USB system.
