Gaming Mouse, optimum wireless
I use a wireless Logitech G603, which worked out of the box. For Logitech you can install Solar for a nice GUI to see what devices are connected and set profiles. The profile thing doesn't work for my mouse but that doesn't stop it working as intended. Most peripherals work out of the box, even real

logitech customer service is a joke
Yeah, still not possible to contact them. The bot left me on read for 2 hours before closing the chat. I wanted to ask about buying replacement parts for a logitech g603. It's a good mouse, but after this experience I think I will consider a different brand.

What company will never get another dime from you for as long as you may live?
I like Logitech but their scroll wheels are just really bad and break so often. I have a G603 that has been rock solid but newer mice since then have had the scroll wheel issue and I can no longer buy the G603 which is discontinued which is a shame

Logitech's products are no longer quality products
Same. Long time user too. All my equipment has been Logitech. Never had any issues with any of my devices. I literally have some old stuff laying around saving it as a reserve. They still work fine. For mice, I had; G400, G500, G600, G602, G603, G604, G502 X Lightspeed (current one). Also using MX A

Is Logitech actually that bad?
i use the old "logitech gaming software" with my mice. g502, g303, g603. There was a game which it caused to crash or stutter. Otherwise no problems. Afaik it is not available directly from logitech anymore, so you gotta find 3rd party mirrors.

Gamers. Do you prefer wired or wireless mouses? And why?
Logitech G603. It can take one or two AA batteries and with two of them it'll last forever. Back in my gaming days I'd use it anywhere from 6 to 20 hours a day lol. What I liked about it is that you can also change between two AA, one AA or one AAA with the foil ball trick, to adjust weight. The sin

Wow I googled that model and that battery life is actually insane:"The Logitech G603’s battery life ranges from 500 hours in High-Performance mode (1ms response) to an incredible 18 months in Low-Power mode (8ms response)" and I thought my G502S at my home pc was already great with 140 hours(500mAh)
