G435 LIGHTSPEED

I'm going crazy with an audio problem that started right after I bought my new ViewSonic VX2728J-2K monitor (2K at 180Hz). The sound on my Logitech G435 Lightspeed wireless headset is constantly stuttering or slowing down, but only when I'm watching videos or running the monitor at the high refresh

I’m not sure what’s happened, but my lighspeed isn’t working, it’s got enough charge, it’s working on Bluetooth, and I’ve tried a G535 lightspeed and it’s working, I think it’s a problem with the USB but I’m not sure.

I’ve had this issue since I got this headset and one time I managed to fix it but in all honesty I tried so many things that I can’t tell how I did it. My pc recognizes there is a microphone though it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried everything and I’ve ran out of ideas.

I've purchased Logitech G435 headphones and it has been 11 months since the purchase, I have already replaced the headphones thrice because they stop connecting to light speed mode (dongle) and yet again they have stopped working today. It doesn't happen every time, but cord got soo hot once it melted the plastic around the tip. The headset seems unable to charge too, as now when I unplug it immediately starts warning of low battery. Its 1 year and a half old probably shouldn't be running into this big a battery problem.
